A nearby rider picks it up
The closest verified rider takes the job. You see their name and plate, and they photograph the package at pickup.

Handed over with a code
Your recipient gets a 4-digit code by SMS. The rider can only complete the delivery when it’s in their hands.

Who picked it up, when, where, and what it looked like. If something goes wrong, nobody has to argue about what happened. We look at the record.

How much does a delivery cost?
The price depends on the distance. You see it before you pay, it’s fixed, and it doesn’t change once you’ve booked.
How do I pay?
In the app, when you book. We only look for a rider once you’ve paid, so riders never handle cash.
What can’t I send?
Anything illegal or dangerous, and anything too big or heavy to carry safely on a motorcycle. A rider can refuse a package that won’t fit.
Can a rider buy something for me?
No. Swyfax riders deliver packages; they don’t shop or run errands.
What if no rider is available?
If we can’t find a rider in time, we tell you and refund you in full.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge until a rider accepts. After that there’s a fee, which goes to the rider for their time.
What if my recipient isn’t there?
The rider calls them through the app and waits a while at no cost. If there’s still no answer, you choose: leave it with someone you name, or have it brought back to you. Returns have a fee, because the rider makes the trip twice.
How does my recipient know it’s coming?
They get an SMS with their delivery code and a link to follow the rider. They don’t need the app.
